but hold on... if this guy gets more peeps from outside mad laps, won't they be as good as him? this would leave some teams a bit outclassed

looks like an early vacancy is opening in DA.MI.AN Racing as Andsome buckles under the weight of anvils dropped by Spanky Tech
We already have a rookie lined up but it's only fair to offer the slot to you jaded starlets

welcome Slash, all the 'fixed' teams look full at the moment but you can still race and score points as a privateer until someone recruits you to fill a vacated position (it happens)
