hey MADs!
(i hope i may post it here)
finally i got the time to invite you for our 1000km of spa.
the party is on the 16th of march (next sunday) at 20.00 GMT+1, so
19.00 o'clock in Great Britain
the race is about 100 laps at the track, which is on for training on a server (in germany) called "[MPS]1000km of Spa". (sometimes the aseco is online )
every 25 minutes there is a pitstop of 1 minute, so you get your break (which YOU dont need! ).
please tell me how many of you gonna take part...since we've only 50 places on the server (and its gonna a bit laggy...but lets see...it definetely becomes better with the time)
well.......
any questions? did i forget something?
mh...the RFR-crisis: this is gonna be an open-for-all event without any causes to blame someone for anything and i want everyone to be FAIR, so please dont try to do late starts (its laps-mode) or to drive in the dark while the pit stop (should be risky ). if there are any personally differences or whatever, please try to check it with eachother on the track.
this event is about RACING!
well, im looking forward to a really nice event, exspecially with mad drivers |

This sounds like a lot of fun
Unfortunately I'm out getting drunk on Saturday but keep us informed the next time you're planning one as I'd love to try and manage 100 laps. _________________

fastest lap i've seen so far is 46.3
so that's 1 hr 17 mins 10 for 100 laps + a few mins for pits stops
so around 1 hr 20 when you add in crashes and stops ? |

with an average time of 47,5 seconds per lap of the winner and three pit stops overall there is a race time of exactly 4930 seconds/82,16666666666666666666minutes/1 hour 22 minutes and 36 seconds. (am i right?) |

i'm not sure your right i got 1 hour 22 and 10 seconds !
for that time the average lap time would have to be 47.76
my maths degree isn't pointless ^_^
anyway it WILL be quicker than that if steve finds some consistancy |

How do your pitstops work?
I've played on a server where you just have to drive through 'the pits' with no screen blackening.
Are we required to stop completely in the pits?
Am I asking too many questions? _________________ It's not the winning, its the taking apart |

from that discription it sounds like as if the screen just plunges into darkness for a minute, which would be evil _________________

I'll be there
And when entering the pit lane, your told to stop, and the screen goes black for about 1 minute. Theres some fancy MT work that looks sort of like a car, and it changes the tyres and fuel so you have time for a break.
And im going to have to improve my PB if voices has drawn level with me |

Hmm, suppose it depends on how much alcohol is comsumed to how long the hang over lasts... so he may not be in the best shape on sunday. |

Am I the only idiot that can't find it?
What colour is the title?
Is it always online?
Why isn't the server in GBR or USA or whatever country without 20 pages of servers _________________

add "MPS-Liga" to your buddylist, and you gonna find it every time
(but then add "MPS-Team-Server" as well...thats our "normal" server)
