When you save it as a JPEG, put the image quality down so you can get under the specified file size.

I actually did work out what Bosch was on about there, but only because it's how I usually post links to my tracks on the Exchange. So I've answered it by PM. Basically, he wants to know how you add a hyperlink to a track page where the track name shows on here and not the whole address. For anybody else who wants to know (and let's face it, plenty of people might find this useful to know), hover the mouse pointer over the URL button when posting and follow the second form of link.
