Tron was a film from the 80s. [spoiler warning!] Some crime or something happened and some bloke who owned an amusement arcade was digitised with a """"""laserrrr"""""" and sent into a computer, where he met both friends and foes (these were "programs"; our hero was a "user"). They naturally had to kill the foes, and this usually involved playing video games BUT FOR REAL!!!! (like in them like.) The best game was the light cycles, which was a bit like the original worm game. He met a "bit" who just said yes and no (1 and 0) but I can't really remember what else it did (admittedly its options were somewhat limited). He had to make it to the CPU and shoot it or something while in the real world the bad guy's computer crashed or something. Then he was undigitised or something. But not before he had cybersex with a woman in lycra, even though I don't think lycra was invented then so it might have been spandex.

Come to think of it it was almost identical to Fantasic Voyage which was in turn spoofed by the Mighty Boosh.

What really sticks in the mind was the stylised cinematography. It looks like sakaron's mod. If I remember rightly it was filmed in black and white and everything had blue and red neon effect added to it. Which is where the similarities with sakaron's mod end.

(Not to be confused with Torn, a Natalie Imbruglia song.)

If you're not then I am. I thought of that mime routine the moment i saw Bunsen had mentioned "Torn". You're right, it is rather humourous.
