I cannot see my wife!

I'm sure she used to live here but when I look up from my monitor and take my headphones off, she is nowhere to be seen or heard. I'm wondering whether to get off my chair and go and look around the house. Three weeks is a bit too long, I think.

can you hear the hoover?
is your dirty laundry still on the floor where you left it?

Other signs might be ear ache in the morning or no milk in the fridge.

After you've checked all these things a definative answer should be reached.
