Not to be the one to put a fly in the ointment but a second team might not be as easy to form as the first team. I was kind of offering my services if Bboy was stuck. _________________

Sorry guys, but i`m out, My power supply or motherboard has given up.
I`m betting its the psu again but having bought 2 this year already i`m fed up, so i`m saving for both ( psu+mobo) as i think the mobo is killing the psu`s. can`t be the gfx card all the time _________________ Never underestimate the power of stupidity. |

So with the deadline for this getting reasonably close (a couple fo hours before the race I think), I suppose I should ask if our application has been submitted yet Also, who will do the 1st stint? _________________

perhaps Reh could register us, the German is too dense for me to understand the requirements.
Sensibly, I should be the first off the grid - then we'll know how far we are behind the pace _________________

Reh, it's Bboy's circus and he's chosen his clowns.
I don't want to sling mud in public but I think Beechy doesn't have a great record of showing up for events, no offence intended. _________________

I'm going to say I'll be available for any stint between 19:00 and 04:00 and then assuming I get a decent sleep between 10:00 and the race end (all times british time, I'm assuming the organisers are using European time) _________________

looks like all that's left to organize is who will be driving at what time then... as for myself, i should be fine to drive at any time during the day, but i think it'd be best if i drove during the late night hours/early morning hours for europe, as i'm typically awake until 3 or 4am anyways. |

@ Baino , i saw the purple one t'other night i think*, I urge all to adopt the green vrsn as long as it's lurid
* i really liked that one as well but as Tred says the green works well
Bboy you haven't said yet what time the green light _________________

so boys, i guess its the best we make a timetable...
we have 24 separate one hour stints...well, i dont think its good to do more than one or two at once...
race starts on
18.00 server time (reh time) / 17.00 UK / 12.00 bboy time i guess
1. (Mid)
2. 19/18/13 (Tred)
3. 20/19/14 (Reh)
4. 21/20/15 (Tred)
5. 22/21/16 (Reh)
6. 23/22/17 (Tred)
7. 00/23/18 (Bboy)
8. 01/00/19 (Reh)
9. 02/01/20 (Bboy)
10. 03/02/21 (Mid)
11. 04/03/22 (Bboy)
12. 05/04/23 (Mid)
13. 06/05/00 (Bboy)
14. 07/06/01 (Reh)
15. 08/07/02 (Bboy)
16. 09/08/03 (Reh)
17. 10/09/04 (Tred)
18. 11/10/05 (Reh)
19. 12/11/06 (Mid)
20. 13/12/07 (Tred)
21. 14/13/08 (Mid)
22. 15/14/09 (Bboy)
23. 16/15/10 (Mid)
24. 17/16/11 (Tred)
since everyone of us has to do 6 stints (or at least 4, so someone else had to do more than 6)...well, lets get things sorted.
i'd like to do some in the evening, but not the first one (maybe its really not the worst idea to start with midders...), also i'd like not to do nr 6 and 20.
if i could choose i'd take nr 3, 5, 8, 14, 16, 18. though its no prob for me to do a midnight/early morning stint.
sooooooo...
the translation thing. (jibberish - english, english - jibberish)
http://www.competo-sports.org/news,1112,l-de.html
this is an updated page which contains that the start is on 18 o'clock server time (server is located in berlin if i'm right), also there is something about interviews of four drivers, which i didn't find til now, then they advise to read the rules again (well...they didnt change though.). the password is gonna be posted 17 oclock MET, so one hour before start in the hint post, which is this one i guess...
list of participants is here
then...there are relay server by bullracing.org...
there's a video cast by gamesports.de...
there's also a teamspeak 3 server and an admin aviable in an irc channel.
there are some prizes, for drivers and for spectators...look here... (shall i translate that?)
guess this is the most important...
here are the rules again (in english)
edit: names in (brackets) are just suggestions

I don`t think starting with midders is bad or good, as it`s not a race, it is timed, but using cp`s instead of the exact time
I`d just like to wish u guys good luck and also good luck upon leaving the lunatic asylum afterwards _________________ Never underestimate the power of stupidity. |
