I noticed one tonight calling himself 'Speed' (check the Ban list for time of death  ), had set Fastest Everything at the end of the Warm-Up  , noticed another name had done the same later in the roation. The hacked recs are absurd - 0.02 lap record and the like - so no danger of any respect, just a spoiler.
Don't know if it would help to patch the latest?

| had the same on nascar the other week, 9 laps in seconds, just a letter for a name then for rank there was a i there, very annoying couple of us reported abuse user name was lewis hamilton. |

Yeah seen a similar thing happening on a german and hungarian server. What these little numpties don't realise is that madmins shall strike them down with great speed and furious vengeance

| The second one you saw was a fastest lap on the galahads sword track, but i dont think that was a hack, more of a bug. the time was 0.00.013 for a lap time and im sure i remember it being set when the server was playing up a bit. |

definitely a hack...
I saw the guy do it on one of the records...
He joined... put something boring in chat then made the server think he'd won the race showing a time of under half a second.
If people spot the infected records let me know and I can remove the times rather than delete all the records.
Trouble is the ban is not good enough to spot and stop hackers who will no doubt use silly aliases as a posed to accounts. I just don't see the point myself...It's not as if the guy is even racing... |
