thanks MAD.

Lots of effort....great racing.......shame I was only fit to drag myself around the track edge or I might have given the top of the table another run for their money...

I'll put it in here:

I know that it is legal to do 7loops if you're supposed to to 8.
I didn't do it though because i didn't want anybody to start complaining and arguing about that because as i noticed, it's a huge advantage if you skip a loop.. ..would be at least 10-12seconds, which will put you 5-7places ahead and give you 10-14points and you're only losing 5points if you skip a loop...

here's my suggestion: don't allow this anymore, if someone makes a mistake, he gets a time-penalty but won't get 5pts added to his score.

i wonder if i'm the only one who noticed that..^^

if i did 5 handiloops istead of 6 id of been in top 6 atleast for 1st race.

2nd race, id of been alot higher than 24th...

i didnt take advantage of the whole "you can do 1 less" seems a biziare concept...

I think it's to help adjusting the handilaps for everybody , though I agree in JawZ

I'd say it won't stay like this for the whole season Rolling Eyes once the handilaps are kinda balanced it could be abolished

The handicap system allows for tactical racing as well as being flexible to suite your style and mood. If you drop a handicap loop you will score less in the personal table but may gain in the team championship. If you add loops you will gain only if you manage to make the positions up and may sacrifice team points..... It is not as basic as you make it sound and is fair to drop or pick up extra loops to gain advantages in championship tables.

One problem tonight I found was the design of the handiloops, especially on the first track. Handiloops should be made as simple as possible (like Mad's tracks we did before Xmas) so people can concentrate on counting their laps around the loop rather than trying not to crash on it.

A handiloop shouldn't have the potential to cause a huge wreck like track 1's handiloop could have done tonight. (ie. rebounding off the inside of the corner at the penultimate turn).

If you are able to potentially crash so much on the handiloop, it makes the handicap system meaningless.

Agreed. No offense Dan, I really enjoyed the tracks tonight and look forward to them on PRO, BUT a big loop crash can cost someone as much as an extra loop or two's worth of time.

Since the handiloop exists to give the less skilled players a hand, difficult loops kinda shoot them in the foot.
