|
|
The most recent Burnout went down pretty well when it came out early this year I'd say. The PC version is doe out in February 2009, and Criterion have just announced that instead of just a demo like on the consoles, there'll be a trial where you can explore the whole city, do events and play online for a limited amount of time. The article's here. There's not really any point in me getting Paradise on PC because I already have it on PS3 and 360, but I'll get the trial without hesitation if others here do the same. _________________

What make and model and what type, wired or bluetooth? I've got a Jabra BT135 (from Warhawk) and a GioTeck EX-01 and I've not found them too hard to set up. The latter's excellent, and I can also recommend GioTeck RealTriggers for your controller(s) if you don't already have them.
When you start a game of something, you might need to go back to the option for headsets under accessory settings to reconnect it, also making sure you've got that device set as for input and output. All very complicated. For the record, with the wireless 360 headset, it's a case of pressing connect on the console, turning on the headset, pressing connect on it and it's ready to rock until it's turned off. Also disappointing is the chat capability of the PS3; it'd be nice to be able to chat with friends without being stuck in the chat window and mute the annoying muppets on MPR for example. _________________

quite a cool game, i loved crash party on Burnout Legends, and its a very fast paced game with traffic adding to the fun, boost is earned for living dangerously (driving through oncoming traffic, near missing cars, drifting on corners, driving fast, bumping light vehicles that are going the same way, making your opponents crash etc etc)
heres a clip of the new game
