CUDA and PhysX are now available to anyone running nVidia 8000, 9000 series or newer cards.
Demos, Patches and other free software is also available. Including the UT3 PhysX patch and 3 PhysX levels.
There is also a CUDA-based folding@home which will dramatically increase your points on that.

Nvidia have bought Agiea out, so all their exprtise is now at nvidia, basically, if you have two gfx cards, one will become solely dedicated to the physics of the game, lightening the load on the cpu, thus- faster framerates, also a boost will be found on single graphics cardsand the cuda program squeezes your gfx card to the max, Also, other apps benefit, as all the `pipes` and `vertexs` will be applied into everyday application`s, video editing and coversion will see a boost as the graphics cards will do most of the work the cpu did, and , as videos are mostly graphics, better quality can be achieved
In most app`s you probably won`t notice a difference, but `arty` and 3d modelling will show boost`s in performance the most.
