|
|
Hello all
I'm working on my own mod for madlaps (a light one, not too long to load, a little bit like Bat, Mad and CRJ ones) but i'm encountering a problem which even the administrator of TM-Mod doesn't know.
First, I saved the dds files into the DXT 5 format, but i generated an alpha layer to files which hadn't any when i opened them first from the images folder of TM.
So, about these files without alpha layer, i saved them, next, in DXT 1 in order to not have any alpha layer and i continued to save in DXT 5 for those which had one.
But the bug persist : you can see on this screenshot, on the left part of the road, we can see more or less through it...
Please help me

haha, an invisible road that'd be a nice mod.
i race on DutchGP and the hoster of the server also made a mod for it, he made it on TMN and when it was placed to TMF it totally crashed. the things were all invisible too, he had no idea what to do either so now we don't have a mod anymore. can't help you with this one, sorry. |

Lol no, it looks glass when the road is in air, but to the ground, it's ugly white. |

I`ve been on a track called `Trust me` where you had to drive over a transparent glass like section of track. _________________ Never underestimate the power of stupidity. |

Ok, i've finally succeed to do it.
I wasn't lazy tonight and didn't want to sleep, so at last, i've remasterized my tracks.
- Atlantic City
- Chilli Short
- Chumba Wamba : Lot of work on it, half of the track has been remade
- Flying Circus : same here, there was some work to do and the track isn't exactly the same now.
- Here is Da House
- Ivoz-Ramet : Improved version from the 3rd GP of the Season 3
- Lady Stardust
- Monaco : lighter
- Silverhawk : new one
- Spa Francorchamps : completely remade
- Speedway
- Stimorol : improved version from the 2nd GP of Season 4, fixed the boost.
- The Dax : Lighter
They all include my mod and are on Day mood.
The other ones were not interresting. |
