Direct connection to MadLaps Servers with TMTP links

Ok guys, i don't think it has already been talked about on this forum, but one of the new features of TMForever is the possibility to join a server directly from a webpage link, without having to use the launcher and click everywhere.

So, for the Forever users (TMN & TMU ones), using these few links will allow you to join the Mad Laps server of your choice in only one click :

Mad Laps Challenge

Edit : and the link to the Player Page (TMNF players must have played it at least 10 hours to have an access to the player page)

before i couldnt open TMNF on my laptop but now i can through these links! nice one! lol

do u have the TMUF equivalents please? or am i being thick and they naturally open in TMNF only?

It works for both TMNF and TMUF Wink

All you need to do to use it with any other server is to know the login of the server (sometimes it's easier if you watch at the browser by players instead of servers)
and add it to this link : tmtp:///#join=
For example in our case : tmtp:///#join=madlapspro for the Mad Laps Pro server Smile

the 3 "///" are very important

A similar feature is that when you click on a track file (*.gbx) it also immediatly launch the game into the solo mode. So if someone uploads a track somewhere and post the link here, you don't need to doanload it, put it in a special place, launch the game, etc.
You click on it and 2 seconds later, you're in your cockpit, on that track.

ok so it appears to join the LOGIN.. does it work for players did you say.....

so we could add links to join players too...

The links will be in the new status reports which will show current players on servers... shortly
