with music, if it's real people playing actual instruments, there'll be something there I can hitch up to and groove on.
All the rest is dance accompaniment and bears the same relationship to music as The Sun does to journalism

Download Audacity. Change the input to Stereo mix. click on the record button, play the video. Save as project or whatever, get the LAME mp3 encoder and follow instructions in Audacity on using it. Save as mp3. It might sound hard but it really isn't scocket rience.
