That's right, I'm quitting Trackmania...

I just feel that it's become too much about winning and overly competitive, that's not why I started playing in the first place. I played the game at first because it was a fun racing game, with a nice community of players, and it was all about having fun back then. But now it seems everytime I race I'm trying to break this record or that record, and it just gets old and boring really quickly... So... I've decided to park the car in my garage, place my helmet on a shelf in the closet, and just stop playing the game. Anyways, good luck to you all in your racing and I'll try to keep in touch on the forums... Don't expect to see me on the track though.

(This also leaves a spot on MATRA open, I apologize to Mad and Midden for leaving like this in the middle of a season but... I just feel like I need to stop.)

So, sorry guys but... This is where my racing ends.

Yo Bboy... maybe you and I should just quit teams and become "teammates"... just have fun with the game! Hell dude I don't care if I brake records or get beat I just play it to have fun.

I used to play TMN every day and eventually got sick of it.

Nowadays I play maybe 2-3 times during the week + GP and it works for me.

Maybe we will come back together when time is good for it... we never leave something for good, i've understood that with time. You'll be back, you and us just don't know when.

You've always been a great racer Bboy and you know we all have a huge amount of respect for you, especially myself after spending a year as your teammate in Formula Mad. I'm sorry to see you leave but I respect your decision and hope you'll stay in touch with us all like you said you'd try to.

Bboy is a constant presence in the Top5 recs on any track since I started TM, the best in the game by far. MATRA is missing you already.

yeah sorry to hear this you will probably be missed by a few ppl

but ill give it a month and youll be back

can i just say thou without being out of term that if the only way you can play tm is to go for records and sector times isnt really a good excuse in my eyes to give up a game
its only your own attitude towards a game if you cant see the playful side of it and it only becomes your own lifes mission to beat everyone every time

i see alot of top players on our servers crash early then give up because theres no way of winning that round

to myself its about having fun and being part of a community and i dont care if i dont really win that race

its all about the involvement not the competitiveness and you need to find that again or youll never enjoy gaming

like myself i enjoy the racing and if i win its just a bonus thats all

records count for nothing in my eyes just a bragging right thats all

anyway sad to see you go as some of the other guys say your probably one of the best and most consistant guys ive ever seen on the game so good luck to whatever you decide to do next
