i have a new mod well underway
its gonna be called Doomsday mod, and everything is red and stuff, ill edit this post with updates

should be ok to do it in photoshop right? what files do i need to do the design on or does it not work like that?

this enables u to change DDS texture files to Jpeg (which u can modify in Photoshop) and back to DDS again.
to view the DDS files that you can modify, go to C:...TrackmanianationsESWC - GameData - Stadium - Media - Texture - Image

separate the parts you want to modify into a folder called Image in :Skins - Stadium - Mod
e.g. StadiumRoadBorderD.dds

modify the ones u want modified and stick them all back in the folder called Image. then zip the folder and call it whatever you want to call your mod.

btw: any DDS ending with D = main texture
with N = dunno how to work this, but it shows bumps and stuff
with S =when texture D is hit by light,this texture is shown
