OK, Where is here?
1) AVG sucks,
1A) Go into mozilla or IE (whichever you use (or both)), go to settings and look for the reset button, or to be precise, Remove the proxy setting that has probably been entered for you at some point (by a virus).
2) then look for any programs that shouldn`t have been installed
3) use either unhack me or install avast and perform a boot time scan (remember to keep checking it, as if you have a virus you`ll have to select an option (option 2 is good)) _________________ Never underestimate the power of stupidity. |

I had a very similar problem about a month ago I downloaded Kapersky tdss toolkit
http://support.kaspersky.com/viruses/solutions?qid=208280684
Then scanned it with malwarebytes and stinger and gave it another blast of tdsskiller got rid of it.
Give that a shot. But download tdsskiller and malwarebytes off a non infected computer and rename the exe files as the virus I had blocked the normal exe names. _________________

Another way to get rid of it is Unhackme you get a free 30 day trial http://www.greatis.com/unhackme/
Yours is a different problem Spanky, its an infection called....
rootkitfartoomuchlookingatrubbercladladiesbeatingeachotherwithwetcelerysticks .
Unfortunately the only cure is intense phycotherapy and sterilization
