Well we started the races under one government and ended them under another. I will lie to my children when they ask what I was doing when Dave became PM!!
Race 1: Was gojng alright on a track I wasn't overly keen on. I bugged on the loop on lap 8 and was stuck in the gap at the side of the track. After going back and forth a few times, I managed to scrabble the wheels up the side of the tarmac and got back on falling from 10th to 20th or something.
The rest of the race was hard slog getting back up to some positions which should have been better without the mistake.
Race 2: My fingers hurt!! |

sick racing today
race 1 - didn't have high hopes on this, was doing bad times in practice and I couldn't even do that consistently. Though went pretty smooth in the race except for the last corner where I kept losing time. Managed a podium barely because Dantski crashed somewhere big time and Bboy (I assume) kept crashing as he came closer, so happy with 3rd
race 2 - loved the track, thumbs up! did a 59.3 or something in practice but during the race I managed a 58.1 ;o Too bad Sabre didn't finish cause I wanted to see his lap times... okay maybe not heheh I won ;d _________________

I found out I'm terribly slow...got lapped 3 times at least by Moldo and possibly (probably) some others too.
Gonna blame my car though...still needs a lot of work done...yeah...that must be it... |

Some challenging tracks this week! Pleased to get two finishes, esp after flying off the track for a spot of breakdancing early in the second race, adding virtually another lap and running 26th I was happy to end in 15th, and leading home a [GMR] formation finish in 10th for the first race.
Grats to DaCheese for a good spot of grace-under-pressure as Race Director. _________________

race 1: Had a bad start, got up the field then crashed lost alot of time to get back on track. Pilling up wallscrubs. But glad I could finish.
race 2: Got a good start, after a while caught up with Dantski, and got a couple of laps of real close racing. Then made some mistakes, but eventually caught up again in the second to last lap and had an epic race to the finish were I snatched 4th on the line. _________________ “I was doing fine till mid corner, then I ran out of talent and spun the car.” |

If anybody interested i went over the first race replay and nothing, a few people crashed at the loop then, skipped back over they lost time, so nothing was gained. |

Race 1: Crashed on the first lap, found myself in around 21st when we crossed the line for lap 2... awesome. Spent the majority of the race bobbing and weaving my way through the pack. Around lap 18 or so I found myself finally inside of the top 5, a fair distance behind Dant and Moldo. As it turned out, I crashed every time I got within 1 second of Moldo, and I ended up getting by Dant after something went wrong for him on the loop. Came home in fourth.
Race 2: Found myself able to keep a pace that was about the same as Sabre's for most of the race... when I wasn't crashing. Was in third for the majority of the race, once again crashing every time I got close to Moldo (it gets old after a while...). Around lap 19 or 20 I ended up falling off the track at the finish, and lost 25-30 seconds in the process of getting back on, and fell from 3rd to about 6th. Worked my way back by Dant and Jones, and was stuck alone in 4th. Though I was running a pace much faster than that of Moldo or Revo, and still about equal to that of Sabre... I was too far back to even catch them. Ended up 3rd after Sabre's disconnection. |
