nice track by matt, though it was one of the most laggy races of this season, had to drive very carefully. lost much time on the leaders every lap, so i stopped pushing at ~ lap 5 while i had a certain distance to skinbob behind me. the rest of the race was bor...rehlaxing. profited by dantskis crash or whatever, so i got 3rd 
12:
nice track by cheese, though it was one of the most laggy races of this season. really liked it, even though i had problems in the 270° corner.
could keep up with the leaders just the first few laps, then cheese came from behind. could keep myself in front of him until i crashed at the end of the wallride in lap 11. fell back on 6th i guess, a few laps later everything around me became green as cheese& jones where in front of me and vox&mid came from behind. could gain on cheese, but GMR did what they've learned driving side by side, so i couldnt pass.
just before the end of the race i touched the rear of cheese so he lost control and i could pass, but jones could get away. finished 4th in a GMR sandwich. |

11) My best result of the season with a 5th place finish. I ran in 4th for most of the race, but then cheese came past like i wasn't moving. Then someone else went past as well  , i got pretty angry that i had held on for most of the race, so i pushed some more and managed to recapture 5th, in the end finished i few seconds behind cheese.
Overall really pleased as I managed a good place and some good points for the team.
12) I liked the track, but it punished every little mistake I made. Ended up finishing 12th which some might think is not bad, but i was furious with myself after having a good result in the first race.
After 20 laps or so and getting lapped and even further behind i was ready to smash my keyboard through my screen, but luckily managed to keep my cool. |

First race had a shocker, couldn't find a line that worked for me and about lap 9 I went off being the decent chap that I am I didn't exploit the restarts still being on. My first DNF of the season.
Second race did my usual and started with two horrendous laps left me down in 24th for a few then had my 3 best laps and got up to 12th. Had a few laps in the comfort zone then pushed it a bit and got up to 8th, decided to go back to the comfort zone and hit everything that was possible to hit and dropped to 12th managed to get back up to 11th by the second last lap for the finish.

R1: I had a good pace on the track, but then got a screenfreeze and faceplant the post didnt make he jump and landed god knows were.
I felt pissed about it though, cause I was goin fast after I reentered when I got my pace again I was able to keep the gap with the leaders the same, but the 5 min gap was to big. So when I noticed that even 80% wasnt possible I gave up.
R2: Horrid start, struggling the first laps, got really upset, touched all walls.Kept falling back. Then got my head cool again and start chasing. Result: an verry exiting race with Cheese and Reh for the third place. Swapping places, scraping walls, keep on puching,... really nice  Could manage to take the upperhand and finished third, wich was a verry satisfying finish.
Overall I'm glad to finish and score some points after the DNF. Well done GMR!

pfft get your priorities straight, madlaps first, noob cup second!
Race 1: Had good pace early on and was leading, but I took a very different line to everyone else over the fast bump and went too far left and scraped the wall, had just enough speed to get through the CP, but not enough to clear it and I landed on my wheels (lucky) in a completely walled off area (unlucky), no way out of it so my first retirement of the season.
Race 2: Pretty fun track and was 1st or 2nd all race, after Sabre crashed and Bboy went past I just settled in 5 or so seconds behind 1st doing 40.5's all race. Probably the only GP I've driven with zero hairy moments.
I think this weekend leaves mid as the only person to score in every race?

Race 1: The right arrow seems to be having arguments with TM at the moment so I had to reconfigure my keyboard controls 15 minutes before the race started! Fortunately it was one of mine so I managed to fumble my way around constantly pressing right instead of brake and just about scraping round. I fluffed the jump at one point and accidentally found out that respawns were off so managed to get back on. Messed up again on the off camber bend and lost 3 places...cant rmember how many i got back but not a thrilling race by any means...never mind.
Race 2: Another great cheesey track, although it took a while to get the wall ride just right. Also kept making a pigs ear of the second last bend which I saw Thug Jnr make a tasty, 6.0 for style, exit from the race but managed to never let it completely beat me. Far from my best result of the season as I couldnt even keep up with Mid! How bad is that!! |

Race 1: With moaning down my ear before we started I'm glad this didn't go too badly for most people. Usual crappy start with the tyres coming on form after a few laps; really should invest in tyre warmers. I had one of those nasty little lag blips that freezes your screen after about 10 laps, but fortunately it was in a place I could recover it from. Pressed on, caught Bob, made a mistake, recaught him and took 4th. Happy.
Race 2: My track so clearly that helps. Was hoping to beat reh to get him back for Velocity Valley. Poor start in the FMS7-NS again but once it was warmed up I was laughing. Had a big scrap with Reh (losing a lot of time in that understeer-revealing 270 matey!) and eventually pulled ahead with 3rd. Feeling pleased, I kept going and noticed for once that the sector times between myself and Jonesy and Reh were coming down. Cue one of the toughest wheel-to-wheel fights for position I've ever experienced in a GP. Gotta admit I was annoyed with my 5th when a podium was in the bag for so long but great racing guys.
