planes only have a two-point safety harness, that's going to be soooo useful decelerating from 600mp/h - 0 halfway up a mountain. The whole aero industry operates with Death as the default non-optimum trading condition. Standards of survivability would make operations impossibly expensive were they the same as applied to other transport solutions. When will we accept the Airship as the passenger-friendly and energy-efficient answer to problems of safety, comfort and sustainability?
