Its a big weekend at Mid Ohio Sports Car course and I had a very cool day there Thursday. Went up with a local business owner who used to race and was an instructor there for several years. He rented the top floor of the Tower for the day, we sat down for lunch and Calvin Fish from Speed TV decided to join us. Then I hopped in a Honda S2000, some modifications, no helmet, regular seat belt, top down, with an Irishman named Tommy Brown. He used to race pro and I guess had a very short stint in Formula One. There were four cars on the track and man they were getting on it, most exciting thing I've ever experienced. He's got a book coming out in the fall called "Crash and Burned" that sounds like it might be a good read. So anyways, all that racing and meeting some Euro race dudes made me think of my old Servalot buddies and I thought I'd say hello  |
