Me thinks check programmes running background yes
Leave game running go windows desktop open task manager see what applications using in resources
See what use most then get rid what not need to work computer work properly
Then you like game more yes
That not work, lower settings on graphics til run more smootherly _________________

May be a overheating issue, on your gfx card or processor, use `cpuz` to monitor temperatures, if a great rise, install a fan to suck out the hot air faster _________________ Never underestimate the power of stupidity. |

Um...
This cpuz program, can you find it somewhere for vista?
I'd like to know what temperatures my PC is runnin' at.
Is there any way of getting to know the recommended temperatures for your PC?
The Windows Side panel, or what it is named in English, at least allows me to check general status, as CPU usage, and RAM-memory usage.
Bad enough. it seems as if Vista uses 45-48% RAM at all times, and I have two GB of RAM. _________________ Nedo The Sky Dragon in TM |

ok, run your game until it freezes, then restart pc, go into bios (quickly) and go to motherboard monitor (something like that) and it`ll tell you the temp on the processor
What graphics card do you have?
EDIT---- THIS MAY HELP,,,,http://www.softpedia.com/get/System/System-Info/Motherboard-Monitor.shtml _________________ Never underestimate the power of stupidity. |
