had loads of fun tonight on Grid, i hope its going to be a regular thing.
we did touring cars tonight 6 races 3 tracks raced forwards and backwards, then finished off doing all different cars and tracks  |

I hope it's going to be regular but not on Tuesdays or Sundays, because that's when I'm quite often busy and I've got my eye on GRID for PC as well as 360...

| I've just downloaded it and had a quick race online ... it's pretty good, isn't it! It handles like TM except the weird donut thing when you try to steer and accelerate from a standstill. Can you ever get enough damage to force a retirement? Where can I find you guys to play against? |

ok you will need to have the v1.2 patch installed http://www.codemasters.co.uk/downloads/details.php?id=35357
if you go into multiplayer online and then private look for sosteve, dantheman,goodhomer,evilhomer,littledeanio,hotswat,jawz2002,steviem,belial and very soon dacheese. password is carnage. We had a solo championship yesterday that was a lot of fun and most evenings we're on trackmania or grid. Vent now has its own grid channel for events.... many thanks Mad...time you got a copy m8. So see you soon Buns and anyone else who wants to join us
P.S. yes you can sustain enough damage to wreck your car particularly on demolition derby with hotswat and evil homer playing

| It seems the version I downloaded was 1.1. Do I need the full version? I only got the demo. Maybe I should get the full .... |

The family home (i.e. not my uni flat) is getting a new pc pretty soon (as in, probably before winter is over), which means no more dog-slow loading times and a computer that can play high performance games So I might consider getting Grid for PC so I can play it when I come home for the holidays.
We've had our current PC for 8 (yes, count them,  years, so our next one has to have the longevity that our old one has had. So yay, ninja PC ahoy!
EDIT: ah, oops, just as I was typing that, sosteve beats me to the submit button, sorry
